Position Summary:
This recruitment is for Temporary Painters through UCI’s internal temporary service. UC Irvine’s Temporary Employment Services (TES) is continuously seeking applicants to assist in filling the temporary needs of the UC Irvine Campus in Irvine, CA
 
DUTIES FOR TEMPORARY PAINTERS INCLUDE:
  • Responsible for apartment and site (interior and exterior) preparation, painting, clean up, surface repair, inventory and equipment management and maintenance, and assisting with various other painting projects
Total Compensation: In addition to the salary range listed below, we offer a wealth of benefits to make working at UCI even more rewarding. Compensation Range:
$38.24 per hour
 
Required:
  • Working experience as a painter
  • Experience masking, patching, sanding, and priming
  • Experience and ability to use ladders
 
TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT:
  • This is a temporary employment recruitment reporting to the UCI Temporary Employment Services (TES) Department.
  • Interviewing and hiring is based on internal hiring needs and how well the candidate’s experience matches the assignment requirements.
  • Certain temporary assignments may require clearance of a health physical or require a valid California Driver’s License for driving university vehicles.
