Westminster School District – Textbook/Instructional Materials Technician

SALARY RANGE: $3,773/month to $4,588/month in five annual steps
 
CLOSING DATE: March 30, 2029
 
THE POSITION: Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent, Educational Services or designee, performs a variety of clerical functions in the receipt, processing, and distribution of textbooks and related instructional materials. (pending updated job description)
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school, plus two years of professional work-related experience in clerical, library, media center, and/or warehouse work.
 
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Possession and maintenance of a valid California Driver’s License and a reliable motor vehicle for personal transportation.
 
EXAMINATION PROCESS: Applications will be screened and those meeting the minimum qualifications will be notified of a written exam. Applicants who pass the written exam with a score of 70% or more will then be invited to an oral interview which they must pass 70% or higher. Candidates will be placed on an eligibility list and the top three rankings based on scores will be contacted to interview for the position.
