Local and Regional Workforce Development Plans
REGIONAL AND LOCAL PLANS
Program Years (PY) 2025-28
The Anaheim, Orange County, and Santa Ana Workforce Development Boards are committed to creating inclusive and forward-thinking workforce development plans that reflect the needs of our community. These plans are designed to address the challenges and opportunities in our local labor market and ensure that our workforce remains competitive in an ever-changing economy.
Community Engagement
We believe that meaningful input from stakeholders is key to developing a successful workforce strategy. Throughout the plan development process, we are holding a series of Stakeholder and Community Meetings to gather insights from employers, job seekers, education partners, community organizations, and residents. Your voice will help shape the future of workforce programs and services, ensuring they meet the needs of both businesses and individuals across our region.
Meeting Dates
We invite you to attend one of our upcoming meetings, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the discussion and share your perspectives on how we can best meet the workforce and industry needs of today and tomorrow.
